Two Buns

Evy's new favorite hairstyle is the bun. Our friends older daughters like to wear their hair in buns and Evy wants to be just like them. She is getting so big!

Day at Wrigley!

Despite having strep throat, Charlie really wanted to go to the Cubs game with daddy. He had a great day at the ballpark and Matt said it was the best game he has ever been too because he had the best company. 

Last Day of First Grade Homework

Tonight, Charlie finished his last page of first grade homework! The next time this kid has homework it will be second grade homework! Cue my tears! 

Evy's Preschool Graduation

Today, Evy "graduated" from nature preschool. There was not much of a ceremony, but Evy was excited to have mommy and daddy at school. She showed daddy how to pond dip and was presented with a certificate by her teacher, Ms. Cara. Evy did not enjoy school in the beginning, but in the end, this was a great experience. Next year it's off to preschool that requires less hiking and outdoors activities, which is how Evy prefers it.
