New Year's Eve 2018

We arrived - we are in our happy place! This afternoon, we landed in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and we couldn't be more excited. The kids immediately wanted to jump in the pool (even though the pool wasn't heated and a bit chilly). Once we swam and picked up a few provisions, we headed downtown for dinner. We had a wonderful time checking out the new and old places before enjoying our dinner outside! After dinner and ice cream we headed back home, but a few minutes after arriving home we got a call and Auntie Jody was downtown too. So we headed back out to meet her for a NYE toast. Around 10:00 pm, we called it a night because everyone was exhausted after our day of travel. Evy fell asleep instantly and Charlie stayed up with us until midnight on the east coast. Then we all passed out!

Cheers to 2019!

Christmas 2019

It's Christmas, Santa is coming! On Christmas Eve the kids wrote their cards and decorated them with pictures for Santa to leave next to the cookies and carrots. The kids woke up early Christmas morning eager to get downstairs and see what Santa brought them this year. When they saw the presents they were so excited! The best gifts this year for Charlie was his Nintendo Switch and Evy's favorite was her horse and carriage. It's safe to say they must have been good this year!

Christmas Family Festivities

What a holiday! We spent Christmas Eve with nana and pops, Christmas Day with Grandma and Grandpa, went to the Dobry holiday party and hosted the Horner Ho-Down! On top of the parties and family time, we also prepared cookies for Santa and had some fun at home. It was a busy holiday, but a memorable one!

Charlie’s Christmas Sing 2018

Today, Charlie had his Christmas sing at school! Last year he was sick and could not attend so it was a long awaited performance and they did an amazing job! We are ready for the holidays to begin!

Evy's Holiday Concert

Evy had her holiday concert today and she sung her little heart out! The kids in her class learned all the words and moves to go with each song. They did such a great job getting them ready and now we are ready for the holiday season.
