Baseball Charlie

Regular baseball season may be over, but Charlie's love of baseball is going strong. He is currently in a 4 week camp, brushing up on skills for next season and breaking in his new helmet. 

Cub Scout Oktoberfest

Today, we signed up for a shift at the Park Ridge Oktoberfest to set-up our cub scout table and sell popcorn. Unfortunately, we only had one sale during our hour, but the boys had a blast running around together.

Evy's LAST Birthday Celebration!

A part of Evy's birthday present was tickets to Disney Frozen on Ice! This was her first Disney show and it did not disappoint. We all had a good time, but Queen Elsa loved every minute!

Daddy Golf Day

It was a beautiful day for golf, so Matt took the kids to the course. It was Evy's first time playing on a real golf course, she made it about 2 holes. 

They say it's your birthday...

Five years ago, this beautiful girl came into our lives and we are all better because of her. She is funny, always smiling, loving and loud. She's loves playing and spending time with her brother (aka Char, char - bra,bra - CHARLIE). She loves making friends and helping people. She is a little monkey, super girly, but willing to get dirty. Her happiness is contagious and we are lucky to spend everyday with this special 5 year old girl.

Evy celebrated her day at school, at home and with family. One of her family gifts was a trip to Disney on Ice. She loved the show and all of her birthday celebrations, which lasted at least a week!

Third Annual Nail Day!

Celebrating these two and their 5th birthday! Josie and Evy's 5th birthday celebration included a spa day and lunch - these are two lucky ladies!

One Smartie!

Charlie managed to find the biggest Smartie on the planet and yes, he really wanted it, but he did not get it. He's a smartie and he knows it! 

Evy's First Day of Preschool!

Today is the first day of 4 year old preschool for Evy. This year evy is in school everyday for the first time - she's such a big girl.  Although she was a little sad to go back to school, she quickly remembered how much fun school is and is thrilled to see her friends again.
