Santa's Village

While Matt was on his annual golfing trip, we went to Santa's Village with Nana, Pops, Aunt Dana, Keegan, Norah, Aunt Sarah and Josie. Santa's Village is a great size for the kids right now and there are rides for everyone. I think we successfully wore them out, Evy didn't even make it home before she fell asleep.

Last Day of Camp

The summer is flying by and I have proof. It was Charlie's last day of Park District camp today. On the last day, the kids all put on a show and then there was a family dance. It was a great ending to a great camp.

Everyone Needs a Macaroon

We had a tough morning and I wasn't sure we were going to make it out of the house or get Charlie to camp. We did and we survived, but I declared that it was time for Evy's first macaroon. We both instantly felt better! 

Water Park Fun

It was a hot day so we headed to the water park! It's a small forest preserve park, but there was no where else better we to spend the day. Honestly, anywhere with these two is always fun! 

Round We Go!

After zoo camp today we went into the zoo to hang out before lunch. We took a ride on the carousel and at first Evy was not sure it was a good idea, but the hesitation

did not last long.
