Matt was on his semi-annual boys camping trip when Charlie decided he really wanted to move. On Saturday August 28th, he started rolling. Front to back, back to front -- I could not get him to sit still. Prior to this weekend he was rolling from his tummy to his back but if wanted to witness it, you had to watch intently because it did not happen regularly. Now, as soon as I lay him on his back he rolls. He even rolls across the room without stopping.
Matt got home on Sunday and Charlie was just waking up from his nap. He was so excited to see him, he started rolling back and forth (showing daddy his new tricks) and staring at him in disbelief -- could this really be daddy? It was very cute.
He is on the move and there are so many new things for him to see! He has found all types of new things that he is not supposed to touch. Let the baby proofing begin!
