He started the Halloween festivities at school. They had a Halloween parade throughout the school and they kids dressed up and went through each classroom. Charlie participated in this parade, but decided it was best if he carried his costume rather than wearing it. Once the parade was over, he finally put on his Jake costume in time for his classroom party. For those of you not familiar with Jake you can check him out here, http://disney.go.com/disneyjunior/jake-and-the-never-land-pirates. During his classroom party he had lots of snacks (mostly sugar) and he showed me around his new classroom.
Once the party at school was over, we headed home to get ready for our next party. We had a group of our city friend's over for trick or treating and dinner. We headed into the neighborhood once everyone arrived. It did not take long for Charlie to realize that this is the greatest holiday ever! He was on a roll for about 30 minutes before the long day caught up with him and he was too tired to carry his pumpkin any further. There are a few more pictures in the photo gallery.
Our trick or treating gang
It was a long day!
