Madison Wisconsin Recap - The Government

Weeks ago Charlie asked me why there was so much construction throughout the City. In an effort to simplify the conversation I told him that the Mayor decides that the streets need to be fixed in the summer when the weather is nice and for the remainder of our walk there were lots of questions about the government, but after a couple hours in the park he seemed to forget and didn't mention it again. Fast forward to our trip to Madison...we stayed just a couple blocks from the Capitol and as soon as we arrived Charlie was very excited to go see "the government" (aka Governor), tour the Capitol building, and tell the government they were "cuckoo for cocoa puffs" because they make it hard to walk on the streets. Long story short, our original conversation about construction on the streets spurred his interest to want to talk to "the government" and tell him he is cuckoo. I am not sure who should be more proud me or Matt?
