Our week of fun (last week before going back to school) kicked off with apple picking! Charlie has always wanted to pick apples and the last few times I have tried to arrange it the orchards were already out of apples -- but not this year! We picked up Pops and headed to the country (otherwise known as Huntley) and picked apples. The kids probably consumed there weight in apples and we managed to stuff three bags full to bring home.
