The downtwon Lauderdale-by-the-Sea has a big New Year's Eve celebration, so we chose to have a low-key poolside dinner at our hotel. After we dinner we went downtown for ice cream. We listened to some music and danced in the street. Evy loved the music! It started getting busy so we headed to the beach to light our sparklers (Charlie's request). The kids went to bed around 9 and Matt and I hung out poolside until the countdown -- Happy New Year!
