Evy and I were looking at a butterfly book today and she said she wanted to see butterflies. It was almost time to pick up Charlie from school so we packed up, picked up Charlie and went to the Notebart Nature Museum to look at butterflies - and check out a few other exhibits. By the time we arrived we had just over an hour, but with free parking and free entrance to the museum, why not? We won't live this close to the museum for much longer, so we took advantage of the opportunity and the kids had a blast.
(She said, "don't take my picture". What a face!)
(Look at this big kid!)
(They were both soaking wet learning about the Lake Michigan locks)
(My two butterflies flapping their wings)
