A Day @ Six Flags

Charlie participated in a school reading challenge and received a ticket to Great America as the prize. Today, we chased it in. Matt took off work and we headed to Great America. (Charlie's first trip in 4 years and Evy's very first). Not surprisingly, my daredevil children had a blast. Charlie rode every roller coaster he could get his 48-inch body on and Evy was close enough to 42 inches that she was able to get on most of the rides as well. She even rode the Demon, which was her first upside down roller coaster. After a long 8 hours that was filled with fun, Matt and I were exhausted and sore. Once we got home, the kids showered and before I could get back to Evy's room to brush her hair she was passed out. SUCCESS!
