Family RV Trip - Bar Harbor Maine and Acadia National Park

Our new favorite place - Bar Harbor Maine! This beautiful town is filled with stores, restaurants and tons of outdoor activities. We planned to take a whale watching trip, which the kids were so excited for, but the ocean waves were not cooperating with us. The trip was cancelled so we opted for a lobster cruise, which turned out to be fun. We learned all about lobster trapping, held lobsters and we were able to watch sea lions beached on rocks.

The campsite we stayed at in Bar Harbor was beautiful and little did I know, it would be the best site of our entire trip. The site was on the water and the kids took full advantage finding rocks, crabs and fishing with Matt.

We spent one day driving through Acadia National Park. It was a little tough to get around in the RV but the cliffs were incredible!
