Spring Break: Wall Drug, SD

Today we said good-bye to our friends as they headed back to Colorado and we started our trek home. Charlie had read about Mt Rushmore before our trip and he read about Wall Drug, the famous pharmacy and town in the Badlands. The town gained noteriety when they began offering free ice water to those who drive past the town in 1931. Today, the ice water is still free and they still offer 5 cent coffee and make delicious donuts. It was a fun stop and I am glad Charlie insisted that we didn't miss it!
